The label on the cup has my order printed correctly, yet they still can’t make it right. My drink has three ingredients. Three. Somehow, almost every visit, one of them is missing. One day there’s no flavor, the next day there’s barely any cream, and sometimes it tastes like they just gave up halfway through making it. How hard is it to read the label and put all three ingredients in the cup? What’s even more hilarious is that while the prices have steadily gone up, the service has fallen off a cliff. You’re paying more than ever, yet somehow getting less consistency, less quality, and less effort. And it’s not just the coffee. Even the doughnuts are a gamble. One day they’re fresh and actually taste like they should. The next day they taste stale, dry, and like they’ve been sitting there forever. You never know what you’re going to get. This isn’t an occasional mistake anymore—it’s a pattern of careless service and zero quality control. As someone who’s spent money here almost every day, I’ve been far more patient than I should have been. I kept hoping things would improve, but they never do. At this point, it’s just pathetic. You’ve officially lost a loyal daily customer. There are plenty of places that can manage the incredibly difficult task of making a three-ingredient iced coffee correctly and serving fresh doughnuts. I’ll be giving them my business instead.

I’ve given this location more chances than they deserve because it’s convenient, but convenience isn’t worth paying for a coffee that has a different taste every single morning. It’s beyond frustrating to spend your money somewhere that can’t handle one of the simplest items on the menu. Congratulations—you’ve managed to lose a loyal daily customer. I’ll happily take my business to a coffee shop that understands the basics: read the label, put in all three ingredients, and make the drink the way it was ordered.
