  Can we rate negative stars??? This was the worst experience at a chipotle ever. Servings were SO small it was laughable, and the service was so slow with only 3 people in line I can’t imagine how it is when it’s actually busy. Will be avoiding in the future.

  Easily the stingiest burrito I've ever had from a chipotle. Its almost as big as two cans of cat food and definitely has less meat. Will not be returning here. Still cant believe that someone looked me in the eye as they served me half a spoonful of rice, then decided that was too much and put some of it back.

  There were two radio stations playing at the same time, making the music extremely loud and unpleasant. When we politely asked about the volume, the person at the register was rude and dismissive. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable.

  ⭐ 1 Star I love Chipotle, but my experience at this location was disappointing from start to finish. The employee serving me was unfriendly and unprofessional. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no effort to provide basic customer service. The protein portions were noticeably smaller. I also asked whether one of the sauces was spicy, and the employee simply replied that they had never tried it. That was not very helpful, especially when a customer is asking about the menu. In addition, no one even asked whether my order was for dine-in or takeout, which is a basic question at most restaurants. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I clearly stated that I wanted to split my payment between cash and card, but my request was ignored and the entire amount was charged to my card. I then had to ask for my receipt because it was not offered or provided, all this made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t expect exceptional service every time I eat out, but I do expect employees to be respectful, listen to customers, and perform basic tasks correctly. Unfortunately, this location failed to meet those expectations. DO NOT GO THERE!

  I don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant, but they serve you food as if they’d stolen it or were being punished for serving more. I eat here very often because I work nearby, but I also visit other Chipotle branches regularly – everywhere else they serve normal portions, whereas here it’s only half a portion. It’s just awful; this is definitely the last time I’ll be coming here.
