- KKKatrinaApr 4, 20261.0I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Taco Bell this morning around 9:30 AM. I don’t come here often, so I was taking a minute to look over the menu before ordering. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I accidentally stopped a little too far from the cash register. Instead of politely asking me to move forward, the employee got irritated and actually raised his voice at me. It immediately made the situation uncomfortable. I even told him it was okay and that I could just get out of my car to pay, and there was no need to be rude, but the attitude was still there. I understand mistakes happen, especially when someone isn’t familiar with the drive-thru setup, but there’s no reason to speak to customers like that. It felt very unprofessional. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back in the mornings.
- SDSamantha DMar 27, 20261.0Ordered an online pick up, took 10-20 min past the pick up time to get the order, got home, there were issues with things not made right and we were missing all of the sauces.I call the store to let them know and the manager immediately starts being rude saying I dont know what im talking about, we wrote on the bag, it couldnt possibly be wrong and you're supposed to grab your own sauces. I asked for the GMs name to speak to them, they refused, wouldnt even give me there name. despicable customer service.
