  USUALLY “awesome” BBQ but man does their business process and methodology just suck! Ghetto payment options from a place that barely takes orders over the phone and always NOW requires a payment up front. I should not have to sign up for Uber or wait until TOMORROW for placing an order via their “preferred” online nonsense to make payments!!!!! I had to actually ask them if they get ghosted a lot and he said no, it’s just their policy. PHOOEY! I don’t ever remember that. Used to pay at pickup. They close early and run out of food and charge ridiculous bank for sauces. The worst part is that they’re ok with having one of their online payment options dis all orders and push to the next day when they can sell food for the next 30 mins prior to them closing. Oh and hours suck too. Closed a lot and open minimal hours. Go to Puff Shack in St Charles instead! Not sure I will ever go back and endure their PITA of a “buying food” process.

  Looked forward to eating here. Didn't get the chance as all the inside tables were high bistro seating. We were going to sit outside, but a larger group satched the chairs for both tables just as we were about to sit. They had no extra chairs to accommodate us. We were too tired and hungry to wait. The staff was pleasant and apologetic. The food looked good in the photos and smelled wonderful. We found another BBQ place not far away.

  First timer. I had the 3 meat dinner(brisket, ribs, burnt ends and fries and potato salad for my sides) and the rib tip dinner(which I took home). I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the brisket, which is my fav meat. I must say it is quite dry and I’m hoping they make a change because I loathe driving to the city but will do if need be. The servings are plenty for the price and the fries are on point. The ribs were tender and saucy. The burnt ends were tender as well. The butlers tribute- sweet & mild sauce was great. The bacon potato salad was a little dry and I didn’t get a taste of that much bacon. I’m looking forward to going again and trying some other things. I’ll be back to edit this upon my return.

  Ordered from Steamboat BBQ through Uber Eats and was seriously impressed. The brisket and burnt ends were both incredibly moist and delicious, with the perfect smoky flavor that I always look for in great barbecue. The Butler’s Trio sauce was packed with flavor, and the apple bourbon sauce had a wonderful hint of caramel that paired perfectly with the meat. Everything arrived tasting fresh and well-prepared, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into their barbecue. I’ll definitely be ordering from Steamboat BBQ again.
