    Unfortunately, a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. My mother and I ordered two small fries, were charged for them both and only received one. Upon explaining that we had been charged for two and only received one, the employees did not believe us and were dismissive of us. We were told to wait for the second fries, which took so long that we ended up going inside, where we found the employees talking about us and how they did not believe that we ordered two servings of fries. We then walked up to them and showed them the charge for two fries. This is not appropriate or acceptable behavior to engage in in front of customers, especially over fries that cost $2. Truly disappointing and unwarranted behavior from these employees.

    I don't go there much anymore because whenever I ordered a customized drink, they simply wouldn't make it the way I asked or if I ordered a hamburger with just ketchup, they would prepare it with everything on it. But, I went back today and took my son to the restroom and those bathrooms were absolutely so dirty!!! It was impossible to use them. A woman who works there walked in, so I told her that the restrooms were very dirty and it’s not the first time but she simply made a face at me, didn't say a word in response, and walked away. We know it’s not a luxury restaurant, but they really should give good service and maintain cleanliness.

    The drive-thru employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we were waiting for our order, they started talking trash about us in Spanish because they assumed we couldn’t understand them or speak English. That alone was disrespectful, but the attitude throughout the entire interaction made it even worse. We were polite customers simply asking about items missing from our order, and instead of handling it professionally, they chose to mock and gossip about us behind the window. If you work in customer service, basic respect should be the bare minimum. Customers should never feel insulted or laughed at while ordering food. Very disappointing experience and definitely not how a business should treat people.

    My issue was not simply about extra sauce packets — it was the way the situation was handled by the employees working the drive-thru window. We had ordered food and requested extra sauce. When we asked about it at the window, we were immediately met with attitude and told we did not pay for it. Instead of handling the situation professionally or politely explaining the charge, the employees began making negative comments in Spanish, apparently assuming we would not understand what was being said. Unfortunately for them, we do speak Spanish, and hearing employees openly talk badly about customers while they are still at the window was extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. I understand fast food environments can be stressful and busy, and I try to be understanding toward workers because customer service is not always easy. However, there is still a level of professionalism and respect that customers should be able to expect when spending their money at an establishment. What made this experience upsetting was not the sauce itself, but the unnecessary attitude, rude behavior, and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. Customers should never feel mocked or disrespected by employees, especially over something so minor. A simple polite explanation would have been completely fine. Instead, the situation was handled immaturely and left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior with the employees working the drive-thru, because situations like this reflect poorly on the business as a whole. Respectful communication with customers should be the standard, regardless of the language being spoken.
