- GGGeraldineMay 7, 20261.0I ordered groceries for pick-up. The app was not working and I was not notified as to when I could pick up. I had to call customer service who then transferred the call. When I arrived, the phone number listed was not valid. Again, I had to call customer service who then transferred my call again. I was not given an order number, and was not able to give the delivery person one. Thankfully, he gave me the order. You have just lost a customer. Too stressful!!!!
- MMMarieApr 5, 20261.0Getting a little fed up paying for food that is old, or rotten. I did a drive up order and got home to discover my avocados were overly soft and mushy. Cut them open, and they were rotten. Today (Easter, April 5) we made a quick stop to grab donuts, and when we had some later they were hard. We looked at the label and the sell thru date was yesterday. Our bad for trusting it, and just grabbing them in a hurry, I guess. Added pictures for extra clarity.

- JWJohn WitasikFeb 15, 20262.0Fruits - Be ready to eat day of purchase. Bakery - pretty awesome. Deli - chicken is great, pass on everything else. Grocery items - beware pricing. Scanning doesn't work and discounts items hard to find on Jewel app. Frozen - decent when sale items are available. Dairy - reasonable. Osco - standard. Liquor - overpriced. Staff - hit or miss. The staff filling online orders push large carts and clog aisles. At least 2 cashiers should be in another line of work. Produce workers are blind to over ripe products. Overall mark is low because of difficulty to navigate cost savings. Maybe just lower prices? There are 3 other options within a mile. My goal is to get stock up items when on sale. Unfortunately, items are unavailable by the time I shop. They're consyantly reconfiguring the aisles and discontinuing items.
