Not good from a safety perspective. The store is NOT clean. Needs a major scrub down. Floors had been 1/2 mopped and left a residue. There was a large waste receptacle in the eating area and probably should have been in the kitchen area. Walls near kitchen area were dirty. Lots of hand made signage on the door and in the store. The smoothie was watered down and was not thick. I normally go to the Oakbrook location where the staff is courteous and the product is exceptional. I will not be going back until this place is cleaned.

Waited an additional 25 minutes for the 1 bowl to be ready. The person behind the counter ignored us and didn’t even apologize for the order delay.

The worker she’d “try” to make a smoothie out of what was there…as she rolled her eyes. The worker was so rude and lazy, the food wasn’t there, I left empty-handed. This is my THIRD experience here in the last year like this. I can’t imagine how you stay open for all the awful reviews and absolutely no improvement in YEARS! I’d be incredibly embarrassed and do whatever I had to, to have staff who actually work and for products to be there, too, because DUH.

There's no way to cancel the order and calling the store is a joke. The doors are locked, there is no signage. Wish Tropical Smoothie didn't close.
