  Got a Acai bowl from here, quite literally the worst one I’ve ever had. Paid $15 for barely any fruit, a sprinkle of granola, a squirt of pb n Nutella, the rest is melting Acai. Definitely not $15 worth. Would recommend to stay away from here. Unless you like overcharged, underwhelming food.

  Smoothie was gross. I only came because I had a coupon and because I hadn’t had Jamba Juice in a while. They still have the same exact nasty flavors from 20 years ago………………..

  Very disappointed at this Jamba Juice location. The location appears to be understaffed. There was only one person in the location. Not good from a safety perspective. The store is NOT clean. Needs a major scrub down. Floors had been 1/2 mopped and left a residue. There was a large waste receptacle in the eating area and probably should have been in the kitchen area. Walls near kitchen area were dirty. Lots of hand made signage on the door and in the store. The smoothie was watered down and was not thick. I normally go to the Oakbrook location where the staff is courteous and the product is exceptional. I will not be going back until this place is cleaned.

  Absolutely terrible. Placed an order online for pickup. Arrived at the location 10 minutes after the designated pick up time. Waited an additional 25 minutes for the 1 bowl to be ready. The person behind the counter ignored us and didn’t even apologize for the order delay.
