I couldn’t even check my order because it didn’t come up on the screen . Then I went to the check out window to pay the total looked more than usual well it’s bc she charged me extra for Carmel I didn’t even ask for. They couldn’t give me a refund bc I used my tap to pay and didn’t have the actual card on me. Her and another worker argued with me for about 2 mins straight at the window saying I’m wrong NO! When she first handed me my coffee I could tell there was no cream (WHICH I ASKED FOR) so they made it over while making it over I paid and seen the extra charge on my receipt. Just go down the street to president st dunkin this one is untrained and unorganized

It is a simple latte but the flavors blended instead of awkwardly tasting each seperate ingredient which I often would taste at other locations near my home. This one is perfect close to work and has amazing staff that is nice and prompt with my usual order. special shout out to the early morning team 07/08/26 7:30 am

They’re RUDE, Disrespectful, disorganized, The older lady who’s always at the drive-through was super rude to me one time and yelled at me for taking someone else’s order when I had no idea It waant mine. She just handed it to me and then When I said I was missing things she just yelled at me and then thinks I will ever talk to her again. I told her to treat people with kindness and I don’t think she took that advice… there’s eight people in the microphone yet…no one in the back knows what the hell is going on. They WILL make you get out of your car to pay for something THEY forgot to put on your order right at the morning AM rush. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
