- ADAnita DominicSep 23, 20261.0I wish I could give 0 stars for this JOKE of a location. I scheduled a pickup order for the next morning for a work event. I needed a box of Joe. I scheduled it for 7:20 am with the receipt on my phone. at 7:25 I asked an employee if they were getting started on my order. She proceeded to YELL AT ME and say I never put an order in. I showed her my phone and the receipt and she continued to argue with me and say there was no order placed. She also took my phone and clicked on an previous order from 8/31 and say “SEE I TOLD YOU DIDN’T SUBMIT IT” I have attached the screenshot of my order in this review. I walked out without coffee and let down my entire work team. I am also attaching a screenshot from my email, where the employees there decided to cancel the order on their end at 7:35 AM (5 minutes after I left the store). When I logged back onto the app after leaving the store it said something went wrong with my order and it was canceled. This was not done on my end. Instead of taking accountability they chose to gaslight me and then try and cancel the order.

I had to leave the drive thru line with no one behind me because my order wasnt ready yet and go inside and get it. I can understand a bad day but its a good way to drive away a regular. Not a good way to start your day!

- CLCarl lorekAug 6, 20261.0I came in to do some work to have some coffee in a couple donuts and some breakfast everything was good up until the Staff decided to speak different language behind the counter four of them were speaking in another language so loud that I couldn't even think the music was on and you could still hear them over the music not good I don't have a problem with speaking another language but when it's so loud and you can't even concentrate on what you're supposed to be is a quiet place that sit and have a coffee and do some office work not very happy at all
