One employee was handling both the register and making the ice cream at the same time, and overall the hygiene didn’t look very good. On top of that, I had to wait for a very long time. Also, even though we ordered the same small-size cones, there was quite a noticeable difference in size, which was surprising. Most importantly, the taste didn’t meet expectations either—I ended up leaving my ice cream unfinished and throwing it away for the first time. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing visit.
