I've been to this chipotle a number of times as it's close to where I work, they always have smiles on their face and give good portions so it's consistently a good experience that makes my day better!

Got there at 8:30pm , store closes at 10pm per website. Was greeted by friendly young lady who was able to get more pollo asada for us which was nice. What was extremely disappointing was that we went there with the intentions to try the new chili lime chips. I’ve waited all day to get off work to try them. I ordered my bowl, got to the register and was told they were out of the chips. It would have been very nice if the establishment would’ve put up a notice at the doors that they are out of the chips especially since they just released yesterday September 1. That defeated my whole purpose of going there. $25 on 2 bowls for my son and I, all for the chips to not be there. I’m a single mom of two, so this was a treat for us. Not only were they out of the chips but the floors were drenched with water once you turned the corner to sit after paying. I slipped in my flip flops but caught my fall. There was not one caution sign in sight. On top of that, while trying to eat you have the night shift workers essentially shutting down the dining area by playing musical chairs dragging the chairs all across the floors making an ear piercing noise. All while trying to eat. Screeching noises from the chairs , banging of the chairs from putting them on the tables and they still had over an hour of open time. I didn’t get to even enjoy what I had purchased and could barely hear my phone with AirPod in. I get that they probably wanted to go home but that was just inconsiderate to say the least. We didn’t finish our bowls because It was too much going on and we left. More than likely won’t be back but just thought I’d share my experience for a newly released menu item.

I had not been to Chipotle in quite a few years, and remember it fondly. But when we went there last winter to show our kids the brand, I can't believe how disappointingly bad it was compared to how it used to be. I used to love coming to Chipotle to order a large meaty burrito filled with fresh ingredients. Now you pay over $10 and get a palm-sized thing that tastes disgusting. Instead of fresh carne asada we had overspiced meat and barely any of it. Either Chipotle has really gone downhill, or its just this location? I don't really know. The kids would not finish theirs and they do not want to come back to Chipotle again.

Just miserable, absolutely miserable. They seem to have a propensity at this location to hire and fire people like a revolving door, so none of them know how to prepare food. 4/7 times I've gone recently they've absolutely butchered my burrito, and I don't mean just a bad rolling job, I mean the entire thing is basically a loose diaper of ingredients and not a burrito. The fact that the signature item at a restaurant can be so horrific is baffling. I don't necessarily blame the employees, as they're always kind, but the management decisions are just impossible to understand. You will see a new face behind the computer every week without fail, and that's not a good thing.
