I would rather drive farther to the Butterfield location than go to this one ever again.

I’ve been here several times, and it’s always the same. I hope management looks into this and makes sure portion sizes are consistent across all locations. Very disappointing.
- JDJane DoeJul 5, 20262.0This location has issues and it's unfortunate, because the Chipotlane is super convenient. I order and prepay for that reason. They have forgotten the guacamole 2 times. I chose to overlook that. On another visit I ordered and prepaid to have it ready at 11:05 am (they open at 10:45 am). Me and 3 other people behind me sat in the lane waiting to pick up the order for over 25 minutes. The wait would not have necessarily bothered me, if the guy was a little less flippant about it. He simply came to the window after the pickup time had passed, said "it'll be a wait" and that was it. I thought he meant 5 minutes or so, I didn't know it was going to be another 25 minutes. Then he comes back and asks me if I want a drink. Still zero explanation, until I had to ask. All he said was "we're short staffed." Apparently, more than 3 words is really difficult for him. The people behind me left and 2 more showed up. They were filling orders for people that came in rather than those of us who prepaid ahead of time. I love Chipotle, but I'm getting tired of the lack of service at all the locations, but particularly this one. Get it together, or stop offering prepayment and pickup if you can't handle that.
