  Pretty disappointed in this Chipotle. They put about half a spoon of rice in the bowl and half of spoon of meat. The place was a mess. The guacamole was brown and I found something rubbery in my bowl. And something in the guacamole. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  We’ve been going to this Chipotle for years and have noticed a decline in quality and service the last year or so. Items like sides of guacamole, sides of chips, and kids’ drinks are often missing from the order. The chips and guacamole are frequently devoid of salt. 3 of the last 4 times we’ve gone, the chips were stale, and the ice machine has been out for an extended period, but this isn’t stopping the staff from allowing patrons to buy full-priced, lukewarm fountain drinks. We’re thinking of finding a new location even though it would be miles out of the way.

  Placed an order online, showed up for the order to not be filled until far after the alleged pick up time. All the while customers were coming into the restaurant to place orders and be served timely, meanwhile customers who had placed orders online had to wait far longer and watch 5 of the 7 workers inside the building sweep, change garbage and stock shelves, rather than jump in to help some obvious issue with online orders.

  First time at chipotle order said it was supposed to be done at a certain time, took 30 minutes AFTER the time to get my food. During the waiting though 7-10 customers came in and ordered food and got it done right there and then in front of me. I don’t know what system you guys use but it made no sense to have someone wait 30 minutes having ordered BEFOREHAND while others eat in front of you.

  This place is terrible beware !!! I got sick I came home and threw up I had diarrhea for almost 2 days could not get up because I ate old dry nasty chicken and their salad with quac and chips I was so hungry I mixed it all together ..on top of all that this service is so bad if you ask for a little rice they look at you as if you are asking for too much the chicken is dry the food looks so unappetizing all the chipotles are falling off why are they so dirty the tables the floor everyone is standing around (employees) can't keep it clean especially around the dinking area so sticky I am so sorry but this is not the only chipotle I have gone too it’s all the same so sad I really loved chipotle but I don’t think I will return unless you start hiring people who care and a manager who keeps up with the food cleanliness and cares for their team employees it starts from management
