  Mikey is genuinely the greatest serviceman to ever work at Chipotle. My friend came into Chipotle completely overwhelmed because he had absolutely no idea what to order. He was staring at the menu, totally lost, and seemed like he was about to give up entirely. Then Mikey stepped in. Mikey didn’t judge him. He didn’t rush him. Instead, he patiently guided my friend through the menu like a seasoned professional. He answered every question, offered suggestions, and somehow turned a completely overwhelming situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. My friend went from “I have no idea what I’m doing” to confidently ordering his meal, all because of Mikey. This wasn’t just customer service. This was heroism. Mikey deserves a raise, employee of the century, and possibly a statue outside the restaurant. I’ve never seen someone take their job so seriously while also being so genuinely helpful. 10/10 service. 100/10 Mikey. Best serviceman ever.

  Mike didn’t just work a shift—he competed. When a massive wave of high schoolers rolled into Chipotle, most workers would’ve looked at the line and called for reinforcements. Mike looked at it like the fourth quarter with 30 seconds left. From the opening order, Mike was locked in. He communicated clearly, maintained his composure, and handled every request like a veteran point guard running an offense. Burrito? Assist. Bowl? Easy finish. Extra toppings? Defensive pressure? No problem. The crowd kept coming, but Mike never folded. While the customers were throwing increasingly complicated orders at him, Mike was reading the field, making adjustments, and keeping the entire operation moving. And the best part? The attitude. No frustration. No panic. Just a smile and the confidence of an athlete who knows the game plan. By the final order, Mike had effectively gone full distance against an entire high-school roster and came out victorious.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MIKEY DESERVES A RAISE, A PARADE, AND POSSIBLY A STATUE I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Mikey at this Chipotle. This man demonstrated a level of kindness, patience, and compassion that I honestly was NOT prepared for. I came in with my elderly grandmother, who is deaf and has a very difficult time communicating and navigating menus. What could have easily been a stressful or frustrating situation was turned into an incredibly positive experience because of Mikey. He was ASTOUNDINGLY patient with her. He never rushed her, never showed frustration, never made her feel like she was being a burden, and never once treated her differently because of the communication difficulties. Instead, he kept patiently explaining things and making sure she understood what was happening. And then—this is what absolutely blew me away—Mikey literally took a piece of paper and wrote down the menu options for her so she could read them herself. WHO DOES THAT?! He could have simply pointed at the menu and moved on. Instead, he went completely above and beyond to make sure my grandmother could comfortably understand her options and participate in the experience like everyone else. The patience this man displayed was genuinely remarkable. He treated my grandmother with so much dignity and respect, and he did it without making a big deal about it. He was just being an exceptionally good human being. I have been to countless restaurants, and I can honestly say that interactions like this are what people remember. Mikey didn’t just provide good customer service—he made someone feel cared for. If management sees this review, PLEASE recognize Mikey. Give this man a raise. Give him employee of the month. Give him employee of the year. Honestly, I don’t know what the maximum available award is, but give him that. 10/10 service. 10/10 kindness. 10/10 patience. Mikey is an absolute legend, and Chipotle is lucky to have him. 🌯❤️

  Stale Dark Guacamole here all 3 times I’ve picked up from this location. Had a larger order and one of the guys looked upset with me and was saying sorry to people behind me. Well, sorry to give you more business which clearly you’re not looking for.

  Micheal F really gave me a good idea what to order and was a great customer serviceman. He gave me good ideas and was really kind to me and helpful and patient with me and my old grandma who can’t hear so well. She kept not hearing him but he insisted it was okay and was extremely kind despite her deafness and hardness of hearing.
