  First time going to Jungle Plate and first time trying Egusi and Fufu and let me tell you it was delicious! You gotta try it!!

  I discovered this place yesterday and already can't back again today, husband in tow. Lol. This place is amazing. So flavorful! Plenty of vegan options, and not processed frozen crap. Freshly made, whole foods. Near the VA hospital; we'll be back every time we have an appointment here. I wish we lived closer!

  The vibes were here, the food smelt AMAZING but the customer service we received was the reason we turned down eating here. I told my husband I refused to eat at any place I feel Im an inconvenience to them so we took our money else where. Maybe they can get the servers together and we will try it

  Edit...OK I had the opportunity to go and they were open! The owner was friendly and personable and I got some African history while I was there. I was given some plaintains to try while I waited and they were fresh and good. I ordered Eforiro soup with fish and it was delicious! If you like a little spice this soup will not disappoint. I will go back to try a bowl next time. Ty for a good experience!! The restaurant was clean and nice, however I didn't get to order they were closing early for a party they had to serve. Restaurant closed an hour early, hopefully they will get staff that can stay at the restaurant while they take care of their catering orders. Hope to try again.
