They consistently mess up orders and have insanely long prep times. You might as well drive 30 minutes to a far away place that is 10 times better and you will still beat their service. A total disgrace for Chicagoland.

I called the store, and the manager spoke with me in an argumentative and disrespectful manner, raised their voice, and told me never to order from the store again. The manager stated that I was causing the store to waste food . He attempted to degrade me; with the meaning of estimated time. I wanted to feed my family before leaving; however, the delay means I may be late for work. I consider this unacceptable. Listen to the call, he said “ you people”. I am in fear because I am not accustomed to a man yelling at me. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of the extremely rude service. I will not order from this location again as he so rudely requested. Be careful at this location. Elmhurst and Oak Brook are much more friendlier.

Other than that, the pizza was decent. That's pretty much the jist of our experience here. I and my friends probably won't return to this location.
