- TTTaniaJun 30, 20261.0Super inconsistent with making coffee. I came yesterday afternoon the girl was wonderful told her extra cream on my frozen coffee nd it was great. Today (morning) I said the same thing the girl sounded snarky maybe it was too early for her “it already comes with cream” I said yes I want extra. When I get it at the window it’s pure white.. I try my best to never stop at this Dunkin, but it’s convenient on the way to work.

I asked why you wouldnt tell me when im obviously waiting for 25min (i was standing there the whole time), she said, oh i just work here. Meanwhile i see them focusing solely on drive thru orders only, and find it bizarre that you wouldnt tell the customer whos waiting in front of you.

She straight told me no not now cause it's being cleaned and I said no problem I'll wait then she said oh well we're going to clean it Ilin like 30 mins I said then it's available? She just looked at me and walked away and got on her headset to help the person in the drive thru which there was already someone working the drive thru. Very bad customer service! Never will be back to this location!

The overall cleanliness of the store was concerning , there were flies and bugs throughout the premises, which made me seriously question whether I should even stay and eat. I have seen there was open donuts and many flies were on them . The women’s restroom was in particularly poor condition. It was visibly unclean, with a noticeable fly problem, and the trash bin had clearly not been emptied in a long time, making the situation even worse. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these hygiene issues. A food establishment should be held to much higher standards, and until improvements are made, I would not recommend this location.
