When I asked the employees what this was for they were not able to answer question. Then one young man stated it was an online fee being charged. WHAT!!!!! Complete ripoff of customer. 1st off when ordering online there should be a notice indicating this and, 2nd of all what is the service being provided, NOTHING!! This is totally wrong to ripoff your loyal customers.
