  I ordered online for my entire team at work, and went to pick up the food (which is 15 minutes away). Picked up the food, brought it back to our office, and see that there was missing food. I spent about 5-10 minutes trying to call, and finally left to go to the restaurant, all the while trying to call to notify the restaurant that there was missing food. No one ever picked up. Once I arrived I informed them of the missing food. They remade the order and asked if I wanted a drink. I work in the service industry and realize how busy things and get, and also realize that things can be overlooked. However, I had to take an extra 30-40 minutes to resolve this situation, that could have been solved if someone at the restaurant picked up the phone when a customer calls in. As for the food, once I finally got back to our office, by food was cold, so it's hard to give a positive review of the food in this circumstance as well.

  They’re serving is really good now like other locations the staff there is very friendly. Love it.

  Whoever the ladies were that worked today (5/27 around 1:30pm) made an absolute beast of a burrito for me, tastes fantastic. Been getting a lot of burritos from chipotle lately that are lacking for how expensive they are (usually it’s dry hard old rice), so I’m absolutely pleased with my experience today! Super nice and friendly service as well. Thank you

  My daughter went in to get a burrito bowl. She gets half steak half Barbacoa. The steak was at the bottom of the bucket. It was dry & not a lot of steak my daughter saw a different lady worker in front of her give the customer in front of my daughter fresh steak from the back when my daughter asked if she could have other steak, the girl said no. My daughter left very upset. She came home. She tried to eat it. It was chewy and hard and she spit out the meat so we went back. I went inside about 15 mins after she got it and I talked to the girl that made my daughter’s food and asked for a new bowl while we’re there there’s two Latino boys in front of us that same girl gives a whopping scoop of chicken to them as she’s making our bowl, she’s still skimping on the meat. There is a white man and woman behind us. I look at their food and they’re getting whopping scoops of meat so that makes me upset even more so I said I just want a refund the manager comes out. I tell her what took place and there’s another older Latina worker who is not friendly she’s looking at me the whole time & I’m not raising my voice everyone’s calm but we are black and I made the comment about the Latino boys before us got more meat and I’m seeing that the white people behind us are getting more meat. The manager takes the bowl & says “we’re not racist” throws the bowl away. Everybody’s calm but it was disheartening since my daughter loves chipotle so much. Every time I’ve gone in to get my daughter food they are stingy with the meat and they are not friendly.
