  I had a very disappointing experience with this Jimmy John’s location. My delivery arrived about 30 minutes late and was missing an item that I paid for. Mistakes happen, but what really stood out was how the situation was handled. When I called the store, the manager was rude, refused to identify himself, and said they would not deliver the missing item because they were short staffed. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was offered only a store credit. When I declined the incomplete order and requested a refund, it was refused. Being short staffed is understandable, but customers should not be expected to pay for an incomplete order because of staffing issues. Good customer service is about making things right when mistakes happen, and unfortunately that did not happen here. I hope management addresses both the customer service and order accuracy at this location.

  Had a UberEats order go in to get it and they said someone else stole it and they didn't even care about someone did so they obviously don't care about someone stealing food orders

  Ordered for delivery. Got the wrong chips. Asked to have the right ones brought back to me. Took over an hour for driver to return, and he didn't have everything I was missing. Called the restaurant to get a refund and was told that wasn't possible. Do not order delivery (or order at all) from this location. Horrible customer service.
