  The restaurant says is open late and they were closed already at 10pm. I saw a few employees inside looking chill. Wondering if they close early and hang out in there.

  Horrible management. They rather fight w customers than to actually help them out. i'd avoid this location at all costs. Manager w her half shaved head needs to tighten up and check her attitude. if you don't wanna deal with people find another job that's not hospitality.

  I went to the McDonald's on Lewis in Waukegan (#3694). I was ordering a meal that was on the board, but the drive thru cashier was listing combo meals that weren't on the board. I told her they weren't on the board and asked her could she tell me what the meals were. Suddenly another voice came over the intercom screaming rudely explaining what the $5, $6 and $7 meals were. She was screaming so loudly that driver of the car behind me told the passenger to be quiet so he could hear what she was saying. When I made it to the drive thru cashier (Sidel). I asked what was the person's name that came over the intercom. She replied that she didn't know. I asked her could she get the manager. After about 5 mins the manager came to the window. She was a middle aged Hispanic woman with part of her head shaved. I explained to her what happened and asked could she give me the employee's name. She replied that the employee was a teenager and they don't give their names to customers there. I then asked what her name was. She then said she doesn't give customers any names there. I asked was that McDonald's policy. She said again that they don't give names to customers there. The rude employee was at the pickup window. She was a tall, slim, African American girl with twists in her hair. She did not acknowledgee me at all nor did she say anything to me, even after I thanked her for my food. I don't typically visit this location and I won't again. It is clear that the manager allows this unacceptable behavior. She definitely needs retraining on customer service and company policies. Also neither the drive thru cashier, the manager, nor the employee at the pickup window had on name badges. Please don't patronize this location. There are other locations on Waukegan Road in Waukegan and Green Bay Road in North Chicago that offer better service and hot food. May 6, 2026 8:36 pm Order #87

  Why does this location refuse to take my order, they ONLY do doordash or online orders. It's 1 am today and no one answered the speaker and I pulled up to the window and no one comes to the window but I can hear them in the back.

  Pesimo servicio drive tru, me atendio cajera Angie, no quisieron tomar mi pedido , me dijo que me fuera a la ver&368. Cabe mencionar que de mi parte nunca les falte el respeto.
