  Small dining area, while service was fast not very friendly or helpful. It was the first time my bf had ever been to a JJ and while he was deciding on what he wanted the lady taking his order was constantly asking what he wanted. There was no one in line, couple of people already eating but nobody behind us. Once the oder was placed and ready we sat and waited and nobody called our order number. I had to ask the guy setting up the orders to go/pickup if it was ready. And he asked me what we had. Overall for the price I had lots of shredded lettuce and very little meat in ratio to bread. Subway, Jersey Mike's and Firehouse have a better ratio. I have had better from other Jimmy John's even. I personally doubt I will go back to this store.

  Absolutely great sandwiches. I am not bilingual with English as my only language. I find ordering challenging because the people taking my orders struggle with understanding my special (but simple) requests. I have received inaccurate orders to due communications problems but the sandwiches are so good, I just go with it.

  Decently long drive thru wait with no one else in front of me on a Sunday evening. Sandwiches were mostly right (for example: asked for no cap on a 9 but it was there, no sides of sauces that were asked for were included) but lack-luster. No receipt in the bag to compare against either.
