    They honestly pissed me off so bad.. I’m pregnant and I love Jimmy John’s I wanted my meat warmed up bc you know pregnant women can’t eat cold cuts and this what I was craving and I wanted a turkey tom so honestly, never going back!!!

    Ordered sandwiches for my family today, which included a toasted tuna. Most of us were happy with our food but I did have to return to the restaurant with the tuna sandwich, as my family member was displeased with the amount of tuna on their sandwich. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted with a smile and the staff listened to me explain the issue. There was no push back, and the sandwich was remade. In the process I was shown the usual amount of tuna that goes on the sandwich, and I appreciated that. We now know when ordering we will have to ask for extra😉. I wanted to write this review because the staff was very nice, professional, and understanding. They did not give me a hard time about remaking the sandwich. I just really appreciated not having to feel bad about returning the sandwich because it's not something I like to do. So that is the kind of Customer Service I like to applaud! A lot of restaurants in the area have really unprofessional staff that don't care about the quality of the product/ service they provide.

    Small dining area, while service was fast not very friendly or helpful. It was the first time my bf had ever been to a JJ and while he was deciding on what he wanted the lady taking his order was constantly asking what he wanted. There was no one in line, couple of people already eating but nobody behind us. Once the oder was placed and ready we sat and waited and nobody called our order number. I had to ask the guy setting up the orders to go/pickup if it was ready. And he asked me what we had. Overall for the price I had lots of shredded lettuce and very little meat in ratio to bread. Subway, Jersey Mike's and Firehouse have a better ratio. I have had better from other Jimmy John's even. I personally doubt I will go back to this store.
