I spoke and greeted the staff. Not one hello or goodmorning back. Then I asked if I needed a key to use the restroom, and the Front Counter Lady screamed out at me, "YOU HAVE TO BE A CUSTOMER TO USE OUR RESTROOM". Mind you I am in line to place my order, and I did read all the signs they have posted that say, "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS". Maybe this is how they treat their Homeless customers or Black People in general. I could have sworn I bathed, so I don't look dirty. I have on clean clothes, and I brushed my teeth. Maybe the wind made my hair look a little messy, but I went back to my car and she'd a tear, and second guessed myself about how I looked. Now I am writing because not only did the Front Counter Lady yell at me, she also told me I had to WAIT until she finished making orders for drive thru after I said, Yes Ma'am, I am a customer. She said , "OH, you have to WAIT!!! Everyone get this!!! When she actually got done making the orders she stormed around the counter without saying excuse me to myself and opened the Nastiest MEN'S RESTROOM" I HAVEN'T EVERbeen in!!! WOW, this is really how we are treating each other now. I have very high self-esteem about my self and love everybody. I send out motivational text every morning to all my contacts in my phone. I wouldn't treat an animal the way this lady represented this store. I give them "NO STARS", but I will include them in my prayers, because I would hate for anyone to go and commit suicide after just wanting a morning coffee!!!
