I ordered a medium hot latte with 3 French vanilla pumps, but the drink tasted nothing like a latte — it honestly tasted more like plain black tea or watered coffee. The staff didn’t seem to know how to make the order correctly, and the service was extremely slow. I guess they are just spending time n chilling on their job not focusing on their work
