  We got here at 8:00pm it is 8:10 and we still in line waiting next because the employee decided it was time to clean the window at this time and told hs we had to wait 10 minutes, he has us waiting while he is taking his sweet time cleaning sweeping and talking to co worker, this unacceptable. Just drove 2 hrs my kids are hungry and i have a screaming toddler.. never coming back

  If negative zero was an option...... To the owner of this franchise you should be ashamed of this establishment! Your staff of juveniles are unprofessional, nonchalant robots that have zero customer service skills. The counters and floors were filthy and littered with food droppings. The Health Safety Board should visit and close your business until further notice. TRAIN YOUR STAFF People were complaining that the food was cold and they were literally scraping the pans to fill orders. Where was the back kitchen with food prep? Workers were closing containers with gloves that had food on them smearing the tops of containers with previous customers orders. I will stop here ... By your review score most of this you already are aware of.

  Just walked out of this chipotle literally…. Me n my gf walked in 850pm went to order 2 bowls n let me start here the beans look like slop literally I whatevered it she scraped the bottom of the barbacoa for my bowl then attempted the same for my gf it was already empty…. The next part was by far the worst mess I have seen in a chipotle in my entire 39 years. There was sour cream allllll in the salsa they made a full Miami vice out the 2 sauces amazing for the lactose intolerant I paused n told her no no thanks I don’t want the food im sorry but this was disgusting by far. Whoever pays to eat here is WILDDDDDDD

  At this point I be wondering if these restaurants are safe to eat in, cause why we have the employee coming to work with dirty clothes that’s all bacteria and it’s a food establishment, supervisor and manager should ensure that all employees take personal hygiene seriously and their uniform is clean everyday also the restaurant was open at 10:45 and when I walked in at 11:00 it looks like they don’t clean when they close up at night because garbage was everywhere and the floor was messy and I know all that didn’t happened 15 min after you guys open. Your serving the public keep the restaurant and the staff clean at all times if they come to work dirty and smelly send them home too much disease going around

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I witnessed an employee pick up rice that had fallen onto the serving table, slide it across the table with their hand, and put it right back into the rice container to be served to customers. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. To make matters worse, the same employee ran their gloved hand across the food preparation surface and then immediately handled my bowl without changing gloves. Basic food safety practices were clearly ignored. The customer service was just as bad. The employee was not welcoming or courteous. While taking my order, they walked away halfway through to help someone at the register, leaving me standing there waiting until they decided to come back and finish my order. This experience raised serious concerns about both food safety and customer service. I expect much better hygiene standards and professionalism from a restaurant that serves food to the public. I hope management addresses these issues immediately before someone gets sick.
