- KOKaren OrtegaJun 18, 20261.0I would like to share my experience regarding my recent visit. I mentioned that my steak was dry, and the employee immediately responded that it was not. I politely repeated that it was dry, but instead of addressing my concern, the manager overheard the conversation and did not make any attempt to assist, provide feedback, or resolve the issue. What was most disappointing was that the manager laughed with the expo employee and made comments about me while I was present. She ignored my concerns and then threw my receipt into the bag in a rude manner. As a manager(Noelia) she should lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. The way she approached and treated me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Customers should feel heard and valued when expressing concerns, not mocked or dismissed. I hope this matter is taken seriously so that future customers do not have a similar experience.

- MSMohammed SayiedJun 15, 20263.0Food was good. Steak was kinda fatty and chewy. The chicken was great. Staff was friendly. Little noisy in the restaurant so didn't stay to eat inside. Price was a bit expensive. Double meat rice bowl for $18 is pretty ridiculous for "fast food".

- JDjenny dMay 28, 20261.0i ordered a sofritas bowl and there was a generous amount of steak in it. i am vegetarian so now i dont want to eat the rest of my bowl and i wasted $10 and a dinner because someone didn’t care enough to take a minute and remove the incorrect protein from the bowl. i had a steak bowl in my order too for someone else, so i assume that is where the error is from, but literally just take the steak out of the damn sofritas bowl before you add sofritas!! like omg don’t be lazy it’s not that hard.
