    They had one lady outside taking orders and didn’t even use their machines, which they claimed worked… each person I spoke with seemed incompetent and then the fact that they didn’t even know how to use their machines which made the whole process slow. I WILL NOT come back to this location

    Incredibly SLOW. Both the drive thru and dining room. I thought maybe it was just because it's a new location and they are trying to get a rhythm but I have given many chances over the last several months. Always terribly slow. Lots of employees and they look busy but nothing is getting done. Unfortunate because I love the food

    Each time I go there the food isn't hot enough. It's a shame, because the first time, I went there, I had fresh hot food. The potatoes are always stale or cold. I mentioned it to the mgr, he said they've only been opened a month and are still working on it. I don't accept that and would make it my go-to chicken place if not for this consistent problem.

    Grilled chicken wrap had almost no filling. Couldn't have been more that 1oz of chicken, one leaf of lettuce, and I'm not even sure if there was cheese on it. Overall it was about half the size of the one I got a few days ago at a different location. Ate it anyways because I was on a 30min lunch break. Glad I will not have to come back to this location. Very disappointing quality control.

    I'm a Chik Fil A regular and was very excited to see this new location. Almost every experience I've had with a Chik Fil A in the past has been super impressive as far as service and efficiency. I know this is a new location, but don't open until you're prepared to operate sufficiently. I literally could have left, driven to Vernon Hills, and gotten my food before I got mine at this location. Corporate needs to get on it! 1.) Slowest "fast" food experience I've ever had. I was in the drive thru lane for over a half an hour. 2.) One morning they were out of Chicken Minis and I had to get out of my car and physically move a cone so I could get out of line and not be stuck there forever. Once you get in line you're stuck. 3.) I've visited a handful of times and never been in and out of the drive thru line in less than 10 minutes, no matter how busy it is. 4.) Pulled in today to the right lane and got halfway through before I saw the cone blocking the lane and had to back up to get back into the open lane. 5.) Each car was at the speaker for approximately 5 minutes. 6.) The restaurant was empty and I saw 4 employees. No sense of urgency. 7.) The scanner was broken so they couldn't scan my QR code for rewards and to pay. She had to take my phone to manually enter the numbers and then it still didn't automatically charge my stored credit card like it usually does. I had to then get my card out to pay, delaying everything even more. 8.) No acknowledgment of or apologies for the extreme wait time. 9.) Icing on the cake - food wasn't even hot.
