  the worst service. Kept me waiting for 10+ mins after my pickup time. Then they said someone stole my order! They asked me to check refund after a week. I have tried ro call them 10+ times after a week, I have not had one chance to even ask a question on redund. So now for this, I have to drive there now.

  Came in at about roughly 4:25 and got seated around 4:30, Our server Diego came to our table and greeted us shortly after. We ordered some drinks and put in our food at the same time to start off and the drinks came out around 4:35 so no complaints on that end. Our food on the other hand didn’t come out for another 30-35 minutes and it was 5:05 by the time me and one of my buddies got our food. Still had to wait for our other friends food to come out and that didn’t come out till 5:13 roughly. We asked for a manager on duty cause his food came out completely cold so obviously it had been sitting back there for quite some time. We then talked with Sandra the manager on duty who said she could offer a “discount” for the cold, late food that had come out but was extremely rude about it and told my friend to “eat his food” in a very unpleasant way. Will not be coming back to this location again. Diego handled us better and took better care of us then the manager on duty. Do not recommend this location what so ever.

  This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to in a while. I won't blame the waitress because she was the only one working the floor so that goes on management for only scheduling one person. However, the food took way too long and it wasn't even hot, it was warm when it came out. Pretty much the usual from the Waukegan Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Sweetheart of a bartender, seen a drink on the menu to similar to something I've had before & really enjoyed. As someone who is not a drinker, having a drink made to perfection is such an amazing treat! Ms. Alexandra had only made the drink twice before, still attempted to at least try & make it for me and she managed to remake it even better than the first time I had it... Super rare customer care experience and I would definitely recommend checking Ms. Alexandra out at the bar, tip her well and ask for a Mudslide 🫶🏼

  Extremely slow with takeout orders. This is now my second experience like this. I placed a pickup order at 6:17 PM, and the app said it would be ready by 6:50 PM. However, I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes and didn’t receive my order until 7:30 PM
