  So annoying to see everyone dancing/lip syncing but doing their job last night, I asked the girl not to get my order wrong and they actually get my order wrong. Everyone was dancing and singing but doing their job. Some guy came out the door and said to his employe move this is mines. Implying he was getting a straw for him. Music was super loud really annoying and it looked like a bunch of kids working, no sight of leadership or management. I haven’t been to any 7 brew that had terrible service until this one. I asked for a frappe they made it wrong when I finally got my drink it was all liquid no ice, 15$ for two coffees that aren’t made how you asked is so disappointing, 1hr in line for pure disappointment and lines where not long but it didn’t look like anyone was doing their job.

  I was really excited when I found out the there was going to be a 7 brew closer to where I live. I normally have to go to Round Lake Beach. I completely understand that they are a new location and thing need to be iron out. But after all the yelling for lines I get to place my order for 3 large drinks as she is new she had to have me repeat my order a few times, I was also told they do not do military discounts at this location(that is reallybafflingto me with the base being right there). I was honestly not aware different locations worked differently. Waited in line for a while, again new opening I understand. When I got up there the lady was sweet got my order for me where there was only 2 large drinks and a medium. I told her this was supposed to be a large as well im really sorry can you make it a large and I will pay the difference we must have missed understood each other back there. She was like of course to where another lady came up and was like well is said here you asked for a medium and I told her there must have been a miscommunication that I wanted all 3 to be large. Then she proceeded to tell me how she will refund and then recharge me and going on and on on how difficult that would be and time consuming for her,then tells me so its up to you on if you want to do that cuz I mean I do have a line. Dont get me wrong everything that I put in here I get and understand with this location. However the level of disrespect. Ya thats not flying with me. Her reaction and attitude was very uncalled for and not granted that level of disrespect. Thanks but no thanks I will just drive to Round Lake Beach where they are at least nice and respectful for customers and military.

  I stopped by 7 Brew recently and had a great experience thanks to Joselyn. She was genuinely friendly from the moment I pulled up and made the interaction feel more like a conversation than just ordering a drink. She was attentive, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable trying something new. You can tell she cares about creating a positive experience for customers, not just getting orders out. Even with the excitement of a new store, everything moved quickly and smoothly. Employees like Joselyn are a big reason people will keep coming back.

  Joselyn was so sweet and patient with me. I wasn’t sure what to order, and she took the time to ask what kinds of flavors I like and helped me find something I’d enjoy. After I told her about my bad experience with energy drinks, she recommended a lemonade with Pixie Stick flavoring instead, and it ended up becoming my new favorite drink! She also took the time to get to know me instead of rushing through the order, which made the experience feel more personal. Even though it’s a new store, I was in and out in no time. The service was quick, friendly, and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  My first time ever at a 7brew and I had an iced Sugar-Free Sweet & Salty with Almond Milk. It was made very well and I enjoyed the salty and sweet balance. My parnter had an iced energy drink with black cherry which she also enjoyed. Will definitely be back to try other options. Definitely do some research before you go as there are a ton of options to order.
