  I love this 7 brew, employees are always great. I have been having an issue with my drinks tasting watered down ( maybe 30% of the time w/ the fizz and energy ). I don’t usually have time to wait in line again. Just providing feedback! Still love this place and the employees are great.

  Line moves extremely fast. Staff is amazing . Knowledgeable, kind and patient. All drinks were spot on and delicious. Definitely recommend this location. Nevaeh a very positive influence on the crew.

  Had such an amazing experience thanks to Betsy! 😊 She explained the drink menu so clearly and even encouraged us to try cold foam and sprinkles on our drinks. 🥤✨ It was such a fun and delicious combination! Everything turned out awesome, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend! 🙌💖

  I want to give a special shoutout to Laura! I came today and explained an issue yesterday and although I was understandably upset, I didn’t make a huge fuss about it because I visit this location often. I explained the situation to Laura, and she took it upon herself to make sure the issue was rectified. What I really appreciate is that she went out of her way to make things right even though she wasn’t even working at the time the issue happened. That really showed me that she genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. Things happen, but it’s how a business handles the situation that matters, and I truly appreciate Laura for stepping up and making it right. 💕

  I love 7 brew. Out of the couple 7 brew locations I have been to, the customer service sucks here. The couple times that i have been here no “Hi “Hello,how are you” right away, what’s the best number. I hate small talks too but damn the least ya’ll can do is say hello.the girl just seems like she gets bothered that cars pull up to the drive thru and it’s just not happy. Unlike round lake who is much friendlier and always inform me I have a free drink when available and if I would like to upgrade to a large one, this location never informs me, good thing I have the app and I can search beforehand that way I can let them know I have a free drink. Too bad round lake is really far otherwise I would not even bother coming to this location. Good thing there is another 7 brew coming to Waukegan and hopefully it’s friendlier and definitely closer to where I live that way I don’t have to come to this one. Compare to other 7 brews this place is just cold and not friendly depending on the people taking your order, but my experiences have not been good.
