  Many of the reviews on this site seem to have been bought. The good: none The bad: - layout of the drive thru is absolutely horrendous, and requires a tremendous amount of hands on/intentional management from staff, which did not take place during our visit. This led to disorganized lines and staff that did not enforce any sort of order. - at no point did staff take my order, leading me to have to place an order via the app while I was halfway through the line. - no one came to scan my order code until we were 3/4 of the way through the queue - once we got to the kiosk to pick up our order, the person was not sure what we had ordered. Showed them the receipt/order and were asked to pull forward into a parking spot, where we waited an additional 15 minutes - We had ordered 7 drinks, only 6 were brought to us - we brought it to their attention and it took an additional 5 minutes to make a drink - 1 of the 7 drinks, even after replacing one, was incorrect but we had enough time waiting and just accepted defeat. - experience in total took an HOUR for drinks. I have been to other 7brew locations which have been fine. This experience was horrendous and no one in their right mind should go through it for a drink.

  Absolutely unacceptable. The line was long which hey, great job. Having said that, there was zero organization. Our order wasn't taken until we were already in line the middle of the pack and we had to flag someone over. Only to then get to the front window and they couldn't find it so they asked us to park and wait. We've been waiting for drinks for 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES!!! I have crying kids in the car. Terrible staff. Do not recommend this location.

  I usually like to get a drink in the mornings before work between 5:30am and 6:30am but whenever I have gone there's 1 person tending both lanes but more attentive to the left lane. The lines are not even that long (4 or 5 cars) but why does it take a while for a person to take my order? I've seen cars not even place an order and just drive off because no one is there to take the order. I understand it's the morning and maybe 3 or 4 people are working, if that's the case 1 lane should be closed if that will be easier to take orders. I love 7 brew but for sure will not go there during the mornings.

  I specifically asked the girl taking the order if they use REAL ice cream in the shakes she said YES so my husband ordered one & what a joke it was frozen ice because no way do you drink a real shake & have ICE at the bottom they are lying to the public!! For what we were charged they should be ashamed of themselves so overpriced & not authentic at all shameful I have a video of this “milk shake “ if the mgmt would like to see it - they should taste a real shake at DQ or Culver’s or even McDonald’s is more authentic

  7 Brew is a drive thru only which in most cases is ok. The lines were long at 11:45 am on a Tuesday. What I didn't like about the drive thru is there is no way out if you decide you don't want to order. Not sure if they thought thru the winter here. Or all the workers passing in front of vehicles to deliver to both lanes. This is a recipe for disaster. My first and LAST time. Prices were very high. I got a medium cold brew with oat milk approx $5.??. Hubby got Blood Orange $8.?? . Well their ice machine works well as you can see in the pics. The cold brew was ok..I have had better. The Blood Orange tasted packaged or like a syrup. It was very sweet. We got choc chip muffin tops which were too much for me. Too sweet and 3.50 for 1. Surely I can get a complete muffin or 2 or 3 for that price. I won't be back. Nor will I ever recommend this place. Starbuck is a couple doors away. McDonalds is across the street. Both are places I can get a better coffee. And there is another new coffee place a few doors down that I will also try.
