- RKRebecca KJul 27, 20261.0This is the only Dunkin on my way to work. Sometimes I will go out of the way to the Island Lake location just so I don’t have to come here. But on days that I am running behind and don’t have as much time to make breakfast or a coffee I am not going to drive out of the way to work. I’ve never even went out of my way to write a complaint until now because it’s that bad. The employees are so so rude. My first issue is that they always mess up the simplest orders every single time. The biggest problem with this is that the staff act like you’re the one inconveniencing them when you tell them. I always order on the mobile app when I go there so the order is put in advance to make others and my life easier. This morning I went there and ordered wraps and hash-browns for breakfast and a coffee…nothing complicated. Told her as simply as possible without being rude that she forgot my hash-browns and she said nothing to me. Not even sorry. Just took my bag and put them in there then gave it to me. I look in there to make sure she added it and she said “That’s it right?” Very rudely. Mind you I understand people get loaded and mess up but to this extreme every single time and to not care about your job or customers is just wild to me. Last time I went they forgot part of my order and it was the same thing about feeling like I’m inconveniencing them. To treat your customers like that when they simply tell you nicely what you forgot is sad
