You can tell they were not happy when we ask for ice cream, never asked for what topping I wanted for my brownie sundae and when we paid the lady said, are you planning to stay in the lobby? Because we close the lobby at 9pm and you need to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience. We were with a little girl eating her ice cream and we had to leave before she was done. Very bad costumer service.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
