  Pizza Hut has been the best restaurants in Waterloo for a long time! Whenever I've been in the store, it's always been a great time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always serves us with a smile! Our family has certain dietary issues and they're always willing to help us the best they can. Whenever I'm in town, I'll always pick Pizza Hut.

  "I had a fantastic experience ordering from the Pizza Hut in Waterloo, IL! The customer service was absolutely top-notch. A special shout-out to Matthew, who went way above and beyond to make sure my order was 100% right. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff these days. Highly recommend!"

  I had a great experience thanks to the manager at Pizza Hut. They were professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly, even during a busy rush. You can tell they genuinely care about both their customers and their team. My order was accurate, fresh, and ready on time, and the manager made sure everyone was taken care of with a positive attitude. It’s not often you see someone lead with such patience, organization, and excellent customer service. Their hard work definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and they’re a big reason I’ll continue coming back. Thank you for making every visit a great experience!

  Thicker bread items are regularly undercooked causing a significant risk of foodborne illness. The service is awful and the employees are rude. You'll be lucky to be acknowledged at all if you go inside and ignored for 30 minutes or more in the drive thru line. As a doordasher, you will likely wait 40 minutes or more to get the order so just don't even bother accepting orders from this location. Save your acceptance rate now and have them blocked from your account if you are a doordash driver. If you are a customer ordering delivery, understand that it will most likely show up cold if it shows up at all. To the person that responds to these, I don't want to hear that you're going to work on it. I want to hear HOW you are going to work on it. Until then I will urge everyone I know to avoid ordering from this location.
