  Terrible customer service! I ordered something online to be delivered for a coworkers last day and got the confirmation email and everything telling us an about time it would be delivered. Fifteen minutes after said time, I called Pizza Hut to see about how much longer it would be for our pizza to get here. The guy told me that they had tried to get ahold of me to let me know they do not deliver out here (8 mins away) even though I NEVER received any calls. He told me the number I provided was out of service (no it's not, IF he did call then he punched in the wrong numbers). I was so upset I got off the phone with him. After I had calmed down I called back maybe 15 minutes later and asked to speak to the manager. He then claimed that he was the manager. I told him how disappointed I was in the service and that I would probably never eat there again. I could tell he was sighing on the other side of the phone and that he felt inconvenienced to talk to me. Reluctantly he told me he would give me a credit for the misunderstanding which then had my husband take off work and drive over there to pick it up. Once he got there the "manager" who was maybe in his early early twenties and wearing the same uniform as all the other employees with a disheveled look told him that he could not give us a discount for their mistake... My husband then asked if he was sure he was the manager where he responded that he was the supervisor and the manager was not there and there was no one else for my husband to talk to. First of all, don't lie about being a manager, and second of all don't tell us you will do something and then when we go to pick it up go back on your word! Pizza Hut should not have someone who cannot handle a situation like this in charge of anyone. That is one of the most important jobs of a manager is to diffuse situations and not be a total a-hole to customers for something that wasn't even their fault. Don't expect great service from the "manager." And the "manager" has written a review for himself on here... shows extreme immaturity.
