  Ordered delivery and took a half hour to receive i live 5 min away . Called the store to see where it was and they said it had been delivered. He said he delivered it and left it by the door since he knocked and noone answered. Which I have a dog he would have started barking. Once we got the order inside, the sandwiches were not cut in half like we ordered, and they gave me the wrong cookie. I haven't ordered jimmy John's for a while. Now I think i remember why .

  Really disappointed. One piece of turkey on my sandwich. It felt like a childs sandwich. Prices are too high for barely any meat on the bread.

  What incompetent management that they can’t even figure out how to get friendly employees to be cashiers. I love pulling up to the drive thru and hearing “what do you want?”. How is that acceptable?
