There was only one worker at the food court register, so the line was ridiculously long and everything moved super slowly. Everyone was hungry, but the service was disorganized and the worker seemed very dry and uninterested. On top of that, the food was EXTREMELY overpriced, and the arcade games cost way too many credits to even be enjoyable. Most people got bored within 20 minutes. Overall, this place is way too expensive and definitely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

Staff that’s rude and judgmental towards guests, convoluted bill payment situations depending on if you opened a tab at the bar vs. a lane vs. whatever dumb circumstance they can think of, 20 y/o “managers” who don’t understand how to run a business, and a nickel-and-dime strategy (who charges $20/hr to play pool on a pool table??). Good luck if you want a decent cocktail at a reasonable price.

He also interacted with the kids accepting a dance challenge just overall service was top tier. Thank you for being you. Buddy also made the experience top tier at the gravity ropes
