I brought my three children to play, and we all engaged in the same games, accumulating tokens. When it was time to collect our prizes, one of my children’s cards had no value. My other two children and I had the same points, except for my daughter’s card. When I attempted to explain the situation, the manager informed me that she was unable to take any action and had no resolution in sight. This left one of my children in tears, and I felt helpless. Naturally, I offered my points to her, but the fact that she failed to resolve the issue and displayed an unprofessional demeanor throughout the encounter is deeply concerning.

Service was outstanding, arcade and bowling staff were so helpful. Especially Carlos at the front and managers Chloe and Christine. It was our first time in and my baby girl just keeps asking when we can go back.

We came in on a whim and found it pretty overwhelming with how loud and bright the whole arcade was. My autistic son was having a hard time, but a worker named Ben at the prize area took the time to help him and even played air hockey with him after the puck got stuck.

From the moment we walked through the door, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Our server was also very nice, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The kids had such a great time, and it made my son’s birthday extra special. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit such a great experience!
