Their old afternoon crew always fixed the problem when you came in to let them know about your order being made incorrectly from the morning. sometimes I had to catch myself because I would be going off on them about their coworkers mistakes in the morning, I had to let myself know it was not their fault. today I had enough no time to go back in the morning because I run risk of being late to work and being a black woman the manager never pays attention or seem to care about my complains but this here is the last straw DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IT GETS WORSE AND WORSE AS TIME GOES BY I rather just go down the street by the jewel in west Chicago at least the people there do a good job busier than this location but at this point I rather wait and get my order and coffee made correctly WITH NO BUGS OR FOOD BEING BURNT

My main issue with this place is that i dont eat meat and whenever i order a sandwhich without meat they always end up putting meat. The staff is so careless of the food and service. Never going back! Save your money and go to the one down the road everyone!
