Then I just said double meat so he put 3 more pieces of steak in my bowl and proceeded to give me the Gen Z death stare. Spent $22 on a “double” steak bowl with chips and guac. Felt ripped off. I got reminded why I don’t come to chipotle anymore.

This was a scheduled catering order, so the food should have been prepared and ready around the scheduled pickup time. Instead, I was kept waiting for 20–30 minutes with little to no communication. I understand that catering orders can take extra preparation, but if a restaurant accepts a scheduled order for a specific time, they should be prepared to have it ready on time. Customers are planning their lunch around that scheduled time, and unnecessary delays can seriously affect the delivery. Please improve the preparation and communication for scheduled catering orders. If the location cannot have the order ready on time, they should not accept scheduled pickup times they cannot meet.
