  The new manager Kaitlin and staff are awesome! So polite and understanding of my special order. They asked if I wanted extras with my no. 9 & treated me like family. Thanks you guys!!!

  No meat on sandwich loaded with buffalo sauce lettuce and tomato and the tortilla was raw tasted like nothing. Buffalo chicken ranch wrap. Will not be going back 3 time was not a charm. $12. For a mouth full of buffalo sauce. I threw it out!

  Had a guy deliver my food and left it by my company front door. it was sitting in 95 degree weather. Till i called him and was wondering what my order status was and he said i just left it by front door then goes to tell me that they are not even suppose to deliver food to my location. But whoever took the phone order said it was okay. I did not like the guys attitude over the phone. If he's unhappy working for jimmy johns then quit and go find something else to do. Maybe jimmy johns as a company should find more positive employees to work at this location. And if you read the other reviews i feel like the one star reviews are from this ignorant guy.
