- CEChara EliasAug 27, 20261.0Ordered for delivery and super disappointed they were made wrong, and unfortunately this isn't the first time but I hate making a stink about things so I try not to call. After calling I was disappointed about the simple apology the manager offered. Told the manager about 1 sandwich that was made wrong (she said she would have a stern talking to with her staff about this but I'm not sure how that makes it right on my end...?), and then after hanging up I come to find out my own sandwich didn't even have any cheese on it. Which, as the manager explained the "double" cheese is the only difference between the original and the favorite, apparently I paid an extra $1.50 for no reason. Money isn't free! Needless to say we'll be boycotting JJs from here on out, don't want to waste my hard earned dollars!
- MFM FAug 3, 20261.0Volo location is the worse. It seems that my order is wrong 50% of the time. I always have to repeat my order multiple times and they still get it wrong. I don't want mayo, lettuce or tomato, it's not complicated. Just got my order and there is mayo on it.
