I ordered a triple smashburger and got a double. we went inside to order and they still messed up our order. One of the people I was with ordered extra sauce which is an upcharge and they didn't include it. This was at 2:00 p.m. on a Monday and they weren't even busy. We ordered to go and didn't even realize all the mistakes until we got home which is half an hour away so there's no reasonable way for them to fix it. I do not recommend this place.

I was really disappointed with my first experience. I get that ordering with a delivery app can muddle things a bit sometimes, but not to this degree. I ordered a cherry vanilla cream slush & in the options, added lemon and peach to it - there was no lemon/peach in it, but the weirdest thing, was that once I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a tiny piece of the butt of a lemon there .... don't even know what else to say about that. The cheese sticks, pretzel twist, Sonic Smasher & baby grilled cheese I got were all fine, ... my hubby's first time eating a burger from Sonic in recent memory ... if I hadn't told him the burger was from Sonic, infact even if I didn't know any of my items were from Sonic, neither of us would've ever been able to identify where it came from. There's truly nothing about this order that stood out from any other fast food place or frozen section of a grocery store. Lastly, ordered a strawberry/banana shake with brownie bites, heath crumbles, whipped cream & a cherry. No whipped cream, no cherry, no strawberry to be found, and at the bottom of the shake was maybe a literal tiny bite or less than a teaspoon of heath pieces, and literally - one brownie piece the size of the tip of my pinky in the shake. This was one of the strangest experiences and total disappointments for me. I was so excited for this.

We got 4 of their drinks through the drive thru. We asked for extra cherry in our cherry limeades and that made them even better.

First time trying sonic. I got the triple sonic smash burger. It was decent. Took a few bites for the sauce to kick in but it made it better. It's a little messy so get some napkins. Would recommend if you are really hungry (get it with bacon I forgot about it) The tots were really good. Simple flavor in the best possible way. Not too greasy too. I wish I ordered more of them. Shake was the Oreo chocolate shake. Impressed by it not being a too thick of a shake, although the bigger straw helps a lot. Love it!!! It's everything I thought it was going to be. Would recommend to anyone who loves chocolate.

The staff was friendly. The food was unimpressive, bad for the price. Footling coney dog: chili cheese was fine, tasted like Hormel and bog standard concession stand nacho cheese, but the only comparable fast food hotdog, is maybe the IKEA glizzy. Really regret ordering this, would be happier with a Costco hotdog and some microwaved chili. Fries: the best part of the meal. Crunchy, fluffy, and appropriately salted. Smasher burger: nothing smashed here, none of the crunchy crust you expect from a properly smashed burger. It's a bog standard textureless fast food burger with special sauce and extra onion. The building felt borderline hostile, through no fault of the staff. Every dine-in guest door, and the drive through window, were completely opaque from the outside. But there's a friendly security camera at forehead height pointed directly at you the whole time you're waiting for them to handover your drive through order. The dine in area was completely walled off from no kitchen, also with a drive through window. The sign talking about the 30 minute time limit was better maintained than the menu board.
