  I was in self checkout with my mom and she needed help redeeming her grocery rewards so we asked this woman for help. We kept swaying our hands to get her attention and she made eye contact but still came VERY late even tho no one else needed help. Then she was VERY rude to my mom who was wears the hijab but with other costumers she was completely fine. She would aggressively tap on the screen and give the biggest attitude and speak rudely to us and kept sighing. She then voided our transaction and made us go to customer services. Thankfully the man with the piercings helped us. The woman we asked help for had glasses, looked around mid 40s and had light brown hair. She made us feel uneasy and unwanted.

  The female employee who had grey hair was extremely rude. I simply said excuse me I have a quick question and she huffed. Then when she came by me she asked me with attitude what’s your question. I turned my screen to show her my clipped coupon and was asking how to use it and she said with attitude to not point my screen at her when I was simply showing her my coupon which you can zoom in on your cameras that it was just that. Then she went to help a male customer and was the complete opposite with him, being friendly and greeted him goodnight and just stared me down when I was leaving self check out. She needs to learn how to do better customer service with everyone and not just who she picks and choses.

  I was really disappointed with how crowded this store felt. 😕 The aisles are packed with so many cardboard promotional displays that it's almost impossible to move around comfortably. 🛒 Trying to push a shopping cart through the store was frustrating, and I constantly had to squeeze past obstacles. It seems like many of these displays could easily be placed on regular shelves instead of blocking walkways. 🚧 The layout doesn't feel safe or convenient, especially for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids. I genuinely hope the store improves the organization because shopping here was much more stressful than it should have been. 👎

  I can’t give this store more then one star, unfortunately as my experience this is the worse store I’ve ever been. Long lines only 2 cash register open , waiting forever for person over 21, when the person arrives she was unhappy and clearly not like her job ! I have lived in Villa Park for over 20 years and it really is getting worse and worse.
