  This is the best one yet The guys make sure you are satisfied I'm here 2-3 times a week and the customer service is remarkable

  After taking 2 bites out of my burrito bowl, a giant flying bug walked out of my food ALIVE! When I walked up to the counter to report it, the manager said, "wow, that's a big one!" As if they see this every day. The manager promised me and my 2 friends free bowls when we come back the next day, if we don't post a review. When we returned the next day, a different manager said that we can't get free bowls, and that the bowl that they remade for me was enough. Check the size of the bug in this photo, and understand that this is a regular occurrence at this Chipotle Location.

  DON'T ORDER THE SALAD if you want the honey vinaigrette. I asked an employee why there was no vinaigrette, she said they forgot to order it... IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAUCE, WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR THE MEAL? With no vinaigrette, this is just a burrito bowl with too much salad

  Was genuinely so dirty, there was piles of food on the tables, trashcans were filled to the brim, food service area was caked in liquids. The lettuce was genuinely swimming in its brown water container. I tried to use a reward that I advised to the employee as he was making the burrito (skimped on it too) and then I had to pay for it later on after being told that it was okay to get the reward. I was not told beforehand that a bogo and reward could not be used at the same time. Foil was caked in liquids, just disgusting.

  Another disappointing experience at Chipotle. This isn't the first time I've stopped by in the evening only to find they're completely out of key ingredients like cheese, sour cream, and most importantly, several protein options. On top of that, there was some sort of argument or drama happening between employees in the back of the restaurant, and one of the workers was visibly crying. It's not the kind of atmosphere you want to walk into when you're just trying to grab dinner. I understand places get busy, but basic inventory and professionalism should be maintained throughout the day.
