  Been here three times since we moved. Every time the dining room has been dirty. After the first two times we stopped even trying to dine in because quite literally every table in the restaurant is dirty. Today I asked for drink carriers and without even looking said “no we don’t have any”. So either they’re out or just don’t carry drink carriers? Once bad experience can be chalked up to an accident but this is a pattern. Drive a couple minutes down the road to QDOBA, better service, cleaner, and the queso is free!

  If I could I would leave -5 stars. We always go to this chipotle and it’s always great but today I don’t know who this staff was but the service left me speechless and disgusted. They not only didn’t close my bowl all the way which resulted in a huge mess IN THE BAG, but they also wrapped my boyfriends burrito like crap and had sour cream all over the outside wrapping and also spilling out. On top of that they then proceeded to drag the bag with our food in it through a bunch of sour cream that was on the cashiers counter and seemed shocked when we asked for a new bag to repack the items ourselves into a clean bag that wasn’t all covered in SOUR CREAM. To top it off there were no utensils available on the side. This team was not it, have no service awareness and apparently don’t know how to restock stuff. I regret not seeing this till after we paid for this… no picture of the messy bowl and bag but there is a picture of the messy burrito

  GO VISIT MY MAN LUKE! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FUN WHILE MAKING MY FOOD! MADE IT LOOK SO NICE AND YUMMY! SO HAPPY WITH MY VISIT TODAY AND HOPE THAT MAN GETS ALL THE POSSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM THIS.

  The food taste like it’s been sitting there for days not hours, but days!!!! Then the entire restaurant just looks dirty. The floor is dirty, the tables, the walls, the doors, and don’t get me started with the kitchen. I would avoid this chipotle.

  Do not go to this location after 7pm. They clearly can't be bothered to make what your ordered correctly. Every time we've done a mobile order in the evening at this location they either leave out an ingredient or give you something you didn't want. For example, this last time I asked for the Cilantro Lime Sauce, which you get charged for, and instead they gave me so much sour cream, which I didn't ask for, that all you could taste was sour cream in the whole bowl because all the ingredients were swimming in it. The only thing I could taste beyond the sour cream was the under cooked rice. I ended up throwing the whole bowl out. When you try and go on the app to open a ticket to tell the company what's going on at this location, you get an AI powered chat bot which just gives you a free drink in place for not getting my Chipotle lime sauce. Save yourself the trouble, and find a different Chipotle to go to.
