I recently placed an online order for the first time, and the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I’m used to getting in person. It honestly didn’t feel like it matched the price. I’m not sure if this was just an off day or an issue with online orders, but I hope it’s something that can be looked into because I’ve always enjoyed the food here. Hoping this was a one-time experience.

They ran out of forks and I asked for some and was given forks from some staff member with greasy gloves. GROSS. BOUGHT CHIPS AND HAD THEM THROWN AT ME ON THE COUNTER. White tall dude with glasses mean mugged my husband.

The Chipotle in Schaumburg sucks the employees aren't friendly and their not trained well. On North Ave it's the opposite their the best they all deserve a raise. Thank God I work in the area this is the only Chipotle I trust.
