  I ordered a burrito here and was very disappointed with the portion size. The employee only put about half a spoon of each ingredient, and the burrito ended up extremely small. It felt like I could finish it in one or two bites. The service was poor!

  There's a reason that you have a three and a half stars. It starts with your owner. He was very disrespectful during my last visit there and I will not be putting anymore money into "Brians" franchise. The conflict started when he refused to give me " a little bit more chicken" after I asked. He primarily asked for my beans, rice and protein but rushed through it so fast that I also had to ask for more beans. Then when we got to the proteins he decided to bring up company policy. He said "You're not going to be doing like they do on tiktok" and I wasnt even recording. I said "im allowed to have a bit more. You should've seen his tone and demeanor. It feels evil spirited and demonic. He decided to decline me service so I simply walked away. Hopped on reviews and took a picture. That's when he said that I can "get out of his store" and I said you are very disrespectful and I hope that God fixes your heart posture. 0 stars if I could.

  The "Owner' Brian decided to decline me service when I decided to ask for a little bit more chicken. There were other Caucasian individuals who did the same thing and were allowed. Very Racist and disrespectful owner and he talked back and started mumbling. Im very respectful and use sir and mam as well and he decided to say " then I will not serve you have a good day" im not a tiktoker I know the policy. he is Racist. I wouldn't make it up i do reviews.

  ⭐ 1 star Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order has been wrong. Once again, I paid extra for extra meat, and this time I didn’t receive any meat at all — not even a regular portion, let alone the extra I paid for. It seems like every time I order from this location, something is missing or incorrect. It’s extremely frustrating to pay extra for items and consistently not receive what I ordered. At this point, checking an order before handing it to the customer should not be too much to ask. Very disappointing experience, especially since this keeps happening.

  Manager was rude. Brian was his name? Snarky attitude before I even opened my mouth to say anything---rushing me away while it was not busy at all. Underserved my bowl as well. Overall uninviting environment. Go to the chipotle in Elmhurst instead.
