- AKAustin K5 days ago1.0Went here with my grandmother. Took forever and she handed them cash. They only ecard payment. What food place only does card payment. Let people pay with cash that needs to change please

So the food was wasted because 1. the staff doesn't know how to make change or 2. They did not prep properly for the day. The total was $15 which honestly is way over priced for a simple bowl.

We went back to tell a team member, they said they put double chicken because i supposedly asked when I did not ask for double. The manager came out said she was told I asked for double when I told them I did not. I offered to bring it back so they can remake it manager just started to do a refund. Then proceeded to say she was having trouble doing it. The manager and team member with blue hair need retraining felt a rude experience. As we walked in at 10:30 at night they greeted us like they were upset we walked in 30 before closing. I get wanting to go home but that's not customer service.

What kind of place doesn't accept the number one currency in America? I only had cash so that was a complete turn off for me. Would not recommend. And if the owner does see this you need to change your policy immediately
