  there was a hair in my peanut butter Nutella bowl. I didn’t realize there was until my mom pointed it out half way into eating the bowl.

  Train wreck!!!! Waited in line a long time. Wondered why everyone kept changing their order. Found out when it was our turn — NO FRUIT! What? Yeah, no fruit. Seriously, what do you order with no fruit? A warning when you walked in the door would have been nice.

  good bowls and smoothies i guess but i just witnessed a worker here straight arguing with a lady that had questions about the menu. i wasn’t fully paying attention but as someone that had worked in the food service industry, a employee should never argue or speak to a paying customer that way. i believe the customer just mis-ordered something because she couldn’t read the menu and the employee gave her attitude and told her to better read the menu and know what she wants and proceeded to argue with the customer. never have i been more astounded with the way she spoke to a customer. adding this because not even a couple minutes later the customer asked for the employees name and employee refused and gave her so much attitude. jamba owners if you see this fire her😡
