- MKMike K1 day ago5.0We had a blast at Dave & Buster's. Kid and wife loved the arcade, the staff was friendly, and the food was actually good. Can't wait to go back!
- TSTyler SmithOct 3, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this place for years and it definitely has gone down hill. After coming in tonight having to experience the smell of marijuana coming across my nose when one of the ladies I believe is in management walked past me is ridiculous. She should be terminated because as strong as the smell was that means she was smoking cannabis on the clock. The employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I didn’t recognize any of the managers they definitely need to bring the old managers back to create structure in this place to make it great again. The food items were ok. The staff seem young and undetermined, like they’re just there to collect tips regardless of the service they provide. I’m disappointed in this location and I don’t feel the future is looking bright if this type of behavior is allowed and continues.
- BBBatatawadaOct 3, 20263.0Very small compare to other D&Bs and the employees definitely didn’t not seem like they wanted to be there. Edit: No wonder employees at this location hate working there based on the owner’s response only caring about size of the place and not the service we received from the employees.
- KKKemmala KelseySep 27, 20262.0There is absolutely no one at the front desk area. Anybody can just want in a do whatever. Staff are little to no where. One waitress saw us sit down and came over said that she would be with us shortly. It's been an hour. These business need to staff better. Saving a few bucks cannot be more important than security.
- BRBrianna RSep 27, 20261.0General manager is RUDE. Scolded, degraded and hit on my friends husband after he asked for another shot AT A BAR after having one shot and one high noon. Called him “baby” and “sweetheart “ while being very sarcastic. Don’t understand what her problem was but definitely will not be returning.
