Instead, our multiracial family experienced treatment that felt strictly exclusionary and racially profiled.We were in the drive-thru attempting to place separate orders from our vehicle. A staff member abruptly stepped in, stopped the service, and forced us to exit the queue to circle back into the line just to finish ordering. The employee's demeanor shifted noticeably after looking inside our vehicle.Forcing a family to circle the drive-thru mid-service is unprofessional and inefficient. More importantly, experiencing this hostile and discriminatory behavior from an establishment that prides itself on Christian principles is entirely unacceptable.We know what profiling looks like, and we recognize it head-on. Corporate representatives and franchise leadership need to investigate the staff behavior at this location immediately. The hospitality your brand promises should be extended equitably to every family.

I have been to all of the surrounding restaurants and this was the first time I was told to check everything in the bag for accuracy and told that he would go back to get anything if it was missing. I love how he went above and beyond with being attentive to a customer’s needs. Food: I ordered a meal set. The chicken was very juicy, ice cream was creamy and milky, and the tea was the right sweetness. The macaroni and cheese was soggy though so food got four stars.

Sammy greeted me at the front door with a warm smile and a hello and was super patient and knowledgeable about the menu questions I had. Gian came over to my table and checked in with me and my colleagues which really made my experience such a treat.
- RLRachel LeeJun 16, 20263.0I asked for chickfila sauce with my takeout order but they didn’t put it in the bag so I had to leave my work and drive back to get it (bc who eats chickfila without the chickfila sauce). I had to leave my poor friend to manage the store by herself and she’s only worked there for 2 weeks. My friend was really sad and these guys came in and offered to clean our windows but she didn’t know what to do and it was really awkward for her. Too bad I couldn’t help her since I was going back to chickfila to get the sauce. The chickfila employees were really nice about the sauce. But always remember to check if chickfila included your sauce. Maybe in person is different but check for sauce if you go through the drive through.
