  Pickup orders are often handled inefficiently, leading to long wait times. Even when an order is ready, staff may continue assisting and billing in-store customers instead of promptly handing it over. I have also had interactions that felt unwelcoming and, at times, discriminatory. Better multitasking, customer-service, and pickup-order training would significantly improve the experience

  It was our first time going to a Cava. My husband and I got a bowls to go. But we did not get any pita bread in our order. I thought it would be put in the bag while they were finishing my husbands order and I was getting my fountain drink. I did see the person before us get pita so i assumed it came with our orders. Were we supposed to ask for it?

  I had such a great experience at CAVA! The service was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and made sure I had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m especially excited that there’s finally a location close to home because I’ll definitely be coming back often. It’s always refreshing to find a place with both delicious food and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

  I’ve gone to this location a handful of times. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent Osmar usually rings me up and he’s always very sweet!! I live about an hour out & wanted to give it a try and so far I’m never disappointed :)

  With the many restaurants in our area it's difficult to stand out. However Hironi has made Cava a Stand out for our family!! She's kind considerate efficient pleasant professional and courteous! With a Smile I might add!! The food is fresh and she makes everyone feel at home. Naya is a great addition she's kind and offers everyone a Beautiful Smile. She doesn't make us feel rushed at all. Well done ladies!!
