A queue often forms for those waiting, and staff simply place bags on the online side rather than calling names aloud to keep people moving. This approach leaves customers standing idle and having customers jumping on top of each other. We asked for extra steak on the bowl and only got like 8 pieces of steak for and up charge. 24 dollar bowl with barely any steak.
