  Overall disappointing experience. Asked customer service to purchase an allocated bourbon that was very clearly in a box on the floor behind them and employee mentioned they had no more left. Even though the person immediately before me purchased the same bottle. Understand these are allocated and hard to get but being blatantly lied to didn’t make me want to ever return.

  Just one bad call I visited Binny’s in Vernon Hills recently and had a mixed experience. The store itself is well-stocked with a wide selection, including specialty bottles that can be hard to find elsewhere. However, my interaction when asking about a specialty bottle wasn’t the most welcoming. The response from management felt a bit unhelpful and not very friendly, especially as someone who doesn’t shop there daily. It also felt like getting assistance or phone support might be easier for frequent regular customers. Overall, it’s still a convenient location with a great selection, but I do think the customer service experience could be improved to feel more approachable and consistent for all shoppers.

  The best prices always and the customer service is great! The employees are all very welcoming, knowledgeable, and super helpful with giving recommendations based on personal preferences
