    Wow. I’m celiac, we were traveling and I stopped to get arby meat without bun and Arby’s sauce! I got my order and went out to the car. As we were backing up, another employee - Brennan - flagged us down. He said he overheard I was gluten free. He said the guy fixing my meat didn’t change gloves and would I like to get a new order. I was flabbergasted with joy! And said yes of course. He took the gluten free so serious which doesn’t always happen. People don’t understand for a celiac person, even a tiny bit of gluten from contamination can minimally make me sick and at most over time can cause cancer or other problems. Thank you Brennan!!
