  It is close to my nephew's apartment. Easy access for students, friendly staff, good food. Have visited a few times in last 2 years, always came out satisfied

  I LOVE the bagels. Customer service is a completely different thing. The conversations the girls having while making the sandwiches are COMPLETELY INNAPPROPRIATE. They are rude and disgusting. They are loud and disrespectful. As someone that works in customer service/food service, I can't believe management allows this type of behavior.
