  I come to 7 Brew almost every single day, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is because of employees like Khalil! Employees like him are what set 7 Brew apart. They deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide every day. They remember regulars, have an amazing attitude, and always are huge impact to the start of my day with their kindness and energy. Great customer service is hard to find, but they make it look effortless. Thank you for making my daily energy drink runs something I genuinely look forward to!

  one sentence needed Khalil is a G! this store was close to closing and i was fine with leaving so i wasn’t that person and he reassured me that it was okay and had a nice conversation with me will always recommend. It’s all of the time too which is always appreciated!!

  I am normally a regular at 7brew. Me and my co worker take turns going to get our morning drinks. The last two drinks I have got from here have been terrible. I order a 7 energy chiller and it taste like water with some flavor. The first time getting a terrible drink, I figured maybe the person just made it wrong. Second time this week, still taste like water. Not sure what is going on but very disappointed.

  The team here is always very fast, efficient, and friendly, and the chai I got recommended to me by Jackson is really good ive been telling others about it! Never had a bad experience at this 7brew.

  I typically go to the one on Springfield and always have excellent service. Today I wanted to try Urbana 7 brew and get a new drink, Cupcake Cappuccino. I usually get a large chai tea which is always filled up to the top at Springfield location. When I pulled up I told the employee that I needed time to look at the menu. Where I was in the drive there is no way to view the menu. There is no hand held menus and the advertisements are shown a lot longer than the menu. Instead of giving me some time the person stood next to my vehicle. When I received the cupcake cappuccino in a large container there was only approximately 6ounces in the cup and three inches of foam. That’s a joke. When I handed it back to the employee, they said oh that’s how that drink is. I get the concept of a cold foam as a topping but cappuccino is what was ordered.
