- CCCM4 days ago1.0My husband had a coupon we received through the mail. He tried to use it at the Troy location and it was declined. I don't even know where another location is. The Troy location is approx. 5 miles from our home. Why send it out in a mailer when it isn't even accepted? He went up the road to McDonalds. While not our original plan, Burger King lost a sale.

I've contacted support in the app a multitude of times, too much for my liking, but it has been a continued problem at this building for quite some time. I could order a burger with cheese and ketchup, and this place will give you a plain burger with nothing on it. I feel like I'm consistently wasting money on the unsatisfying service.
