For a $12.00 beef, I think you should get more than $2.00 worth of meat. It tasted good, but the portion over the price was a joke and just because... I'm going to avoid Portello's for a while.

The fries were also really tasty-crispy and satisfying 🍟 This place feels more like a special food destination than just a regular restaurant. We first went through the drive-thru, but the sandwiches were pretty messy (in a good way! 😂), so we decided to go inside and enjoy them properly. I even ended up using a fork to keep things under control 😄 Definitely a fun and tasty experience!

She would not respond to me. She did not greet me. I asked her should I order no response. Her only words were asking me what my drink was after I told her I didn’t wanna drink. When I asked her her name, she was confused as if she didn’t just give me terrible service. This was my worst experience in any drive-through and I will never be returning to this Portillo.
